Singh Kohli, MD & CEO
Mr. Jagjit Singh Kohli, an Engineer by education is a pioneer in Cable TV and broadcasting industry with several path breaking achievements to his credit. He was among the first to start Cable TV services in the country and is acknowledged as the most experienced and respected man in the Cable TV industry.Has set-up and managed major MSOs, including InCable, WinCable [now Hathway] and WWIL, and launched ETC Music & ETC Punjabi satellite channels. In
June 2007, launched Digicable as a new MSO, DIGICABLE NETWORK (INDIA) PVT LTD - the newest Star on the horizon, backed by U.K. based Private Equity Fund Ashmore
Investments. |

Yogesh Shah, Joint MD
| Mr.
Yogesh Shah a science graduate, one of the founder
directors of ETC Networks Limited, has over 25 years
of experience in Cable TV industry. Mr. Shah is
among the first to start the concept of MATV and
CATV systems in India. He also spearheaded the early
Cable Operators Association to lobby for Copyright
for the Cable TV networks and succeeded in getting
them their respective copyright holdings. Founder
director of ETC Networks Limited and is a partner
in Encore C-Ads, the first organized company which sold
advertisement time on cable TV network. |

Surjit Banga, Director
Mr.
Surjit Banga did his post graduation from Rajasthan
University in 1962. He had an illustrious career
as a Top Executive with State Bank of India lasting
over a period of 37 years. During his stint with
S.B.I., he handled such important assignments as
Chief Regional Manager, Jabalpur (M.P.) and Jaipur
( Rajasthan). He was the Chief Executive Officer
of the Banks' Paris (France) operations and in that
capacity also acted as representative Portugal,
Spain, West and North Africa. Shri Banga was elected
to represent South Asia Pacific Banks on the Group
of Foreign Banks advising the French Banking Association.
Shri Banga before his retirement in 2001, held the
office of Chief General Manager (Management Audit)
and later as Managing Director, S.B.I. Factors &
Commercial Services (Pvt.) Ltd.
He was inducted as an independent Director on the
Board of ETC Network Ltd., a listed company & also
chaired its Audit Committee from 2002 to 2008.
Shri Banga was elected as a Fellow Member of the
All India Management Association, New Delhi in 2000.
He was awarded the Best Chairman of the Bombay Management
Association in 2001.
Shri Banga is on the Advisory Board of the Accommodation
Times Institute. He is a Life Member of the Indian
Institute of Public Administration, All India Business
Council and Consumer Guidance Society of India. |

Mr Khan is a B.E. in Industrial Electronics, Mumbai University. Having overall experience of over 25 years in the fields of computing, IT, networking, industrial & home automation and consumer electronics. He Founded 2
company start-ups; one for providing a network of digital-signage terminals and point of sale kiosks and the other for developing high-end MPEG based CE device. |

Mr.
Balan is a B.A., L.L.B. form the Mumbai University.
with over five decades of experience
in the corporate setup. For the last 18 years
he has been in media of which 10 years has been
with the first MSO - InCablenet and 4 years with
Digicable.
